New home built in Kalbar, Queensland.


As first time home builders, building our home with Mick Casey, Martin Adams, and the entire Casada Constructions Pty Ltd team, was truly a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. Their professionalism, manner, workmanship, organisation and communication throughout the entire construction process was absolutely brilliant!

During the construction process, Mick had arranged a meeting at the plumbing store from where we selected our bathroom and whitegoods. We found this very helpful as they already knew what we basically wanted thanks to Mick and the detailed specifications with which we had been supplied during the initial contract signing. This clearly underlined all our relevant selections and associated goods as Mick basically knew what we needed and wanted as we’d shown him magazine pictures and brochures.

When we selected our kitchen, it was very much the same process as the plumbing shop one outlined above.  The staff was very friendly and helpful, and being new to building, we were provided with all the latest and greatest ideas. We followed the same process during tile selection, and once again, the suppliers chosen by Casada where also faultless and very helpful. The subcontractors that were engaged by Casada Constructions were also well organized and polite.

We had advice from Mick all the way during construction, and we ended up adding some little extras along the way. We were informed how much associated costs would be upfront and therefore knew personally what we had to budget toward. This, once again, was hassle-free. Mick, on behalf of Casada, made the comment that ‘whatever you want, we can do’.

We would highly recommend Casada Constructions to anyone considering renovating or building a home. We have a beautiful home built by Casada Constructions at a reasonable price without any stress to ourselves
